This very handsome open bracelet with opposed ibexes' heads belongs to a well-known type from the 3rd millennium. It may be found in Greece as early as the Archaic Period, 6th century B.C.
During the Hellenistic period, the style of bracelet was very much in fashion.
This delicately engraved piece of very high quality comes from Egypt of the Late Empire, probably from the 4th century B.C.
