This poster is inspired by the work by Katsuschika Hokusai.

The big Kanagawa wave, also known as Under the wave off the coast of Kanagawa, is a world-famous Japanese embossment, published during the Edo period around 1831 by Japanese painter specialist for ukiyo-e, Katsushika Hokusai (1760-1849).

This is the first board of the famous series by Hokusai, the 36 Views of Mount Fuji, his most famous work.
