Receive the package safely at home

Our logistic operations have been adapted to the circumstances with a particular concern for your safety and that of our staff, so you have nothing to worry about when you receive your parcel.


All home deliveries are now made in a process without signature. If the package is damaged, you must imperatively check its contents and refuse delivery if any items are damaged.


If your package was delivered directly to you and you could not make the claim, you can contact our after-sales service which will be able to make the claim for you and proceed to an exchange or refund.


I would like to return an item(s)

You have a period of 14 working days following receipt of your package to send us your request for withdrawal. 


I have already returned a product

We invite you to wait until the government measures are completed. During this period, the 14-day period is suspended, we will process your request for refund or exchange as soon as possible.

I received a faulty item

We invite you to wait until the end of the government measures, a solution will then be proposed to you if you wish an exchange. We will always be able to refund you if you contact the after-sales service.
