No more cats?
Poetic or imaginary, let yourself be seduced by another Venice, the one of Nicolas Vial's cats whose generous colourful drawings inspired Didier Decoin's pen.
Most of the cats have disappeared from the alleys of Venice and many regret it. Since the time of the Republic, the inhabitants of the Serenissima have respected these felines, which are formidable ramparts against mustache pests. Throughout the pages, the reader will follow the path of an armada of cats wandering through the maze of the famous canals. The journey through this picturesque, sometimes imaginary Venice ends at dusk when the city's silhouette merges with the horizon.
Throughout the pages, Nicolas Vial stages cats wandering in the alleys, piloting a Riva or dozing by the canals. Inspired by this playful and poetic vision of Venice, the novelist Didier Decoin, accompanies with his pen these felines who set out to conquer the city.
