Partly presented at the Victoria & Albert Museum in London in 2018, the touring exhibition stops at the Palais Galliera. It will unveil an extraordinary collection of personal objects and clothing belonging to the iconic Mexican artist Frida Kahlo (1907-1954) and offer a powerful insight into how Frida Kahlo constructed her own identity.
Beaux Arts Éditions looks at how Frida Kahlo carefully crafted her image to convey a political message while concealing her battered body; not forgetting, of course, the artist behind the figure.
