He wears the Atef crown with wheat tightened in the core surmounted by a mandrake fruit (reminiscent of the agrarian aspect of the god) ; he is flanked by two ostrich feathers, suggesting the cosmic aspect of Osiris and two uraei.
All based on the twisted horns of the ram, with an emphasis on appearance fertile. He wears a false beard, twisted and bent and the wide collar usekh around his neck.
He holds the whip nekhakha in his right hand, and in the left one, the hook hoka, the two insignia of royalty.
