Winged Victory of Samothrace Bookend
This bookend is an interpretation of the famous sculpure, Winged Victory of Samothrace discovered on the island of Samothrace in 1863, the statue carved 200-185 BC depicts Nike, the Greek goddess of victory on the prow of a ship.
