Detox chaï has been used in Ayurvedic medicine for centuries.
Dosage: 1 teaspoon per cup. Infusion: 4 minutes at 100°C. Decoction: 15 minutes at 100°C. Filter the spices before serving.
Chaï, masala chaï, or masala tea, is a spice-based decoction drunk in all regions of India. The cup of chaï is a sign of welcome there.
