It brings together interviews with the architects, testimonies from the major players in this extraordinary museum adventure, foremost among them Henri Loyrette, texts by specialists putting into perspective the contribution of the project to the history of museum architecture and gardens, and a magnificent text written in verse, selected at the end of a public writing competition, reflecting the profound success of an architecture that has conceived of a museum that is open in every sense of the term.
