Loyalty Club
For each order placed on www.boutiquesdemusees.fr, you'll systematically earn the number of points relative to the amount (including VAT) of the items ordered (excluding books and shipping costs).
1€ spent = 1 point
150 points = 1 loyalty voucher worth €7.50, to be used on your next order.
Books, in accordance with the law of July 8, 2014 framing the conditions of distance sales, are not eligible for commercial offers.
The accumulation of points takes place only on the date you join the Loyalty Club, previous orders cannot be counted retroactively.

Order and payment
Using a promotional code
After accessing your basket, enter your promotional code in the "Promotional code" field. The discount applied will then appear in red next to the total amount of your order, after validation.
Using a loyalty voucher
You will be notified by email when you have received your loyalty vouchers, at D+30 following the last purchase that enabled you to reach a minimum of 150 points. Vouchers can only be used on www.boutiquesdemusees.fr to purchase items with a value of at least €7.50 (excluding books and shipping costs) within one year (12 months) of their emission. They can be consulted in your Club space and used when you place a new order.
The list of available vouchers appears on the payment page of your order. Simply tick the voucher(s) of your choice.
Loyalty vouchers cannot be exchanged, refunded, credited or exchanged for change.

Delivery times
Delivery and shipping times
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days, except for engravings and prints on demand.
Delivery times vary according to the item(s) concerned, the delivery method selected and the destination address.
Apart from public holidays, orders placed on working days up to and including Thursday evening are processed the following day. Orders placed between Friday morning and Sunday evening are processed the following Monday.
Delivery in mainland France and Monaco
Colissimo suivi France (delivery within 72 hours)
Chronopost France (delivery within 48 hours)
Point de retrait France (delivery within 3-4 days)
Delivery in Europe
Colissimo suivi Europe (delivery within 3 to 8 days)

Delivery of engravings
Chalcographies (engravings) are produced and dispatched directly from our Ateliers d'Art, within an estimated time of 3 weeks, by Colissimo.
Delivery of prints on demand
Print-on-demand production starts as soon as your order has been validated, according to your choice of dimensions and materials. Production takes about two weeks.
Delivery of your print-on-demand order is handled by DHL or FEDEX, depending on the destination country.
Track my order
You are automatically informed of the dispatch of your order by an email indicating the tracking link for your order.
You can find the tracking number of your parcel(s) in your personal space at: www.boutiquesdemusees.fr/en/account/orders/ by clicking on "Order details".

You agree to receive the items ordered at the delivery address you provided when you placed your order.
You must date and sign the delivery slip presented by the carrier. This is proof of receipt of your order.
In case of absence, you have a period of time defined by the carrier to receive your package.
Delivery in collection point ("Point de retrait"): your order will be made available at the collection point (selected when placing your order) for a limited period of 10 working days (deliveries to post offices and Pickup relays) or 3 working days (deliveries to Pickup lockers). The order will be handed over to you upon presentation of an identity document or a security code, which will have been sent to you in advance by the carrier.
In the event of the Pickup Point being full or closed, the order will automatically be redirected to the nearest Pickup Point to your home, subject to availability.
Please note that if the products are not collected within the deadline, they will be returned to us. In this case, we reserve the right to refund the full amount of the order.
Shipping costs
Delivery charges vary according to the product(s) concerned (weight and dimensions), the delivery method chosen and the country of delivery.
These amounts are indicated at checkout (see article 5 of the General Terms and Conditions).
Customers are informed that they may be required to pay several delivery charges for the same order, depending on the type of products ordered.
Delivery to the point of collection in mainland France is free of charge for orders of 80 euros or more including VAT (excluding books).
This offer is valid for all items on the website, except for print-on-demand and non-standard items, which require additional delivery charges.
During promotional offers on shipping costs, as free delivery of books is prohibited in the context of online sales (law of July 8, 2014), if the order includes one or more books, the fee applied will be €1 (if the total amount of books is greater than €35 inc. VAT) or €3 (if the total amount of books is less than €35 inc. VAT).
Returns and refunds
For all items (excluding engravings and prints on demand)
You can submit your request via the "Return an item" option in the "Orders" tab of your customer account.
If you don't have a customer account, you can notify us of your request for exchange or refund via the "Return or exchange an item" page, specifying the following information:
The order number
The date of receipt of the order
The product(s) to be returned
Your surname, first name and postal address
Your e-mail address
You have 14 working days (from delivery or collection of your parcel) to claim an exchange or refund for the items, which must be returned in perfect condition.
Our retail stores (within the museums) are not authorized to exchange or reimburse items purchased via the online store.
In the event of an error in the preparation of your order or a damaged item, we will cover the cost of returning the item. Please contact us directly.

Other questions
Are products the same on your online store boutiquesdemusees.fr as in your retail stores?
No, the range of products on the online store is broader than what is offered on each retail store. Each museum bookshop-store specializes in its own collections (e.g. Ecouen on the Middle Ages). Each of them will therefore offer you an extensive range on its own themes. The boutiquesdemusees.fr website brings together the core assortment of each boutique, offering you a broader, more representative selection of all our bookshop-stores.
Are prices the same on the website and in retail stores?
Yes, Rmn-GP has a policy of identical prices in stores and on the website, excluding promotional offers. However, promotions may be specific to the website or the stores.

On each museum's website, you'll find information on opening times and prices (reduced rates, season tickets, guided tours).
