A new game to find out who is who!
MYS'TIC is designed to introduce you to Greco-Latin mythology. The ease of use of this pair game, and the pleasure of handling the beautiful illustrated cards, allow all generations to meet around the founding myths of our culture.
The aim of the game is simple: you have to collect as many pairs as possible (GOD + ATTRIBUTES), and get rid of all your cards while avoiding Pandora's box which makes you lose the game. Thus, you have to find the winged sandals of Hermes, the Lyre of Apollo, the Ear of wheat of Demeter... and put them side by side on the table. The pair formed is visual, and easy to memorise: as the game progresses, the mental association becomes automatic.
The 39 illustrated cards provide information on 18 essential gods: context, main attributes and secondary attributes. And the "Who am I? cards offer, for each god, a text enriched by references to the corresponding illustrated card and to the other characters. The little extra: On the character cards, the Greek name is completed by its Roman equivalent: Zeus/Jupiter, Hermes/Mercury, Aphrodite/Venus...
