A major exhibition on the theme of Egyptian civilization is being organized at Pointe-à-Callière in Montréal. The Egizio Museum, which has the most extraordinary collection of Egyptian antiquities in the world, has agreed to lend statues, tombs, mummies, bas-reliefs, as well as objects of daily life, ornaments, jewellery, and materials made by craftsmen in alabaster, wood, ceramic, stone or earthenware. It is impossible to evoke the daily life of the Egyptians without recalling the importance of religion and priests, but also that of the Nile, the only source of life in this desert country.
With Beaux Arts Editions, enter a world where men rub shoulders with the gods every day, gods who have often decided to adopt the appearance of animals.
