Famous for his advertising effigies for Klaus chocolate, Thermogène, Nil cigarette paper and many other products of all kinds whose merits he extols with remarkable posters, Cappiello is also a brilliant caricaturist sowing his drawings in a few -one of the most famous satirical newspapers of its time ( Le Rire , Le Sourire , Frou-Frou , Le Cri de Paris , etc.). Its refined style, recognizable among thousands, hits the mark.
Through drawings, posters and sculptures, this work sketches a portrait of the artistic, literary and social All-Paris of the Belle Époque.
