This line was inspired by a ring with a pyramidal bezel, discovered at Jouy-le-Comte and dating from the 6th century. Currently on deposit at the Musée du Louvre, in the Department of Works of Art from the Middle Ages, the Renaissance and Modern Times, this piece belongs to the collections of the Musée d'Archéologie Nationale de Saint-Germain-en-Laye.
