Dive into the bubbling universe of Niki de Saint Phalle and Jean Tinguely through the visionary eyes of Pontus Hulten. Between passion and boundless creation, this exhibition reveals the incredible alchemy that united these artists and their accomplice, building a free, participative and revolutionary art.

A mythical couple, Niki de Saint Phalle (1930 - 2002) and Jean Tinguely (1925 - 1991) are united by an unbreakable artistic bond and a shared vision of creation as an act of rebellion against established norms.

From June 14 to September 21, 2025, the Musée National Picasso-Paris welcomes Brazilian artist Anna Maria Maiolino for her very first solo exhibition in France, "Anna Maria Maiolino. I am here. Estou Aqui". Organized as part of Brazil's cultural season in France (under the general curatorship of Emilio Kalil), this exhibition is one of the highlights of the Brazilian artistic program in Paris. The exhibition is curated by Sébastien Delot and Fernanda Brenner. Recently awarded a Golden Lion for her entire career at la Biennale de Venezia 2024, Anna Maria Maiolino will be exhibiting some one hundred works, including previously unpublished drawings, sculptures, paintings and videos.

This exhibition, the result of a collaboration between the Musée d'Archéologie nationale (MAN), the Institut national de recherches archéologiques préventives (Inrap) and the Association pour la promotion des recherches sur l'âge du Bronze (APRAB) show how the evolution of metallurgy accompanied, both symbolically and culturally, the profound upheavals of Western European society. This period transformed the French territory into a crossroads of cultures.

Suited to all audiences, this exhibition will offer an experience of the Bronze Age through experiments, workshops, lectures and events in the museum and on the national estate.
