This book on Claude Monet's Water Lilies, conceived by Pierre Georgel, the former director of the Musée de l'Orangerie, is the synthesis of this monumental work, the last of the painter's works, undoubtedly - because it is the culmination of a lifetime of research - the most interesting and, without doubt, the most accomplished.
