How to join the Club Boutiques de musées?

Several options are available, you can join the loyalty program "Club Boutiques de musées" in the following situations:

1- When creating your online customer account, after a purchase.

2- Upon receipt of your order confirmation - please note : previous orders are not counted, points are generated from the date of your membership.

3- At any time in your customer account in the section "Espace Club".

4- You can also join in physical stores: when checking out at the cashier.

Membership to the program is subject to a purchase and is valid for an unlimited period of time.

Following your membership, you will automatically receive a welcome e-mail within 24 hours. This e-mail will present the advantages of the program and provide access to your membership barcode.

Will I receive a loyalty card?

Yes, but it's digital. It's a barcode that you'll find in your emails or your club area.

In store, you'll need to present this barcode at checkout to be recognized as a member. On the online store, you simply need to log in with your username and password.

I do not receive e-mails from club.boutiquesdemusees.fr or www.boutiquesdemusees.fr. What should I do?

We invite you to check your personal data, and if necessary make corrections in case of erroneous information, by clicking on "my account" within the space dedicated to you, entitled "personal information".

Depending on your mail server, it may be noted that certain e-mail notifications may reach you in your junk mail (spam). In this case, simply move the mail to your inbox or possibly add the sender's address to your address book.

Which stores allow me to benefit from the program?

Can I cancel my loyalty program membership?

You can request the cancellation of your loyalty program membership at any time and without notice by sending us a request to this effect under the conditions specified in our Data Protection Policy.

Deletion of the loyalty account will result in the automatic deletion of all information provided as well as accumulated points. However, you will be able to use the loyalty voucher(s) and/or discount voucher(s) acquired within the limit of their validity period.

What would happen if the Museum Stores Club loyalty program was modified or discontinued?

The Rmn-Grand Palais reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Museum Stores Club at any time, provided that you have been notified in advance within a period of 3 months.

In the event of definitive discontinuation or modification of the Museum Stores Club, you will be informed in advance by email and/or mail. In this case, the Rmn-Grand Palais will make its best efforts to ensure that you can use up your points balance under the best conditions. No modification or definitive discontinuation of the Museum Stores Club may give rise to compensation of any kind whatsoever.

How to earn points?

You automatically earn points for each order placed on the online sales website www.boutiquesdemusees.fr as well as in participating physical stores.

The number of points is relative to the VAT-inclusive amount of the items ordered.

The new balance of your points is updated in your account the day after your purchase.
1€ = 1 point (1€ after discount, excluding shipping costs, excluding editions, excluding tickets, excluding NFTs, excluding framing, excluding print-on-demand, excluding lithographs, and excluding bags in stores).

If the total amount of your purchases includes decimals, the number of points awarded will be calculated as follows:

  • a purchase of €10.45 gives 10 points

  • a purchase of €10.50 gives 11 points

  • a purchase of €10.55 gives 11 points

A loyalty voucher will be offered for every 150 points accumulated, and will be valid for 12 months. The points balance is then reduced by 150 points. Example: my points balance is 230, a loyalty voucher is issued and my new points balance is 230 - 150 = 80 points.

Can I earn points on all my purchases?

The calculation of the number of points is based on the amount of your basket except:

  • Online: excluding books in accordance with the law of 10/08/1981 relating to book pricing (the "Loi Lang") and excluding shipping costs.

  • In physical stores: tickets, shipping costs, NFTs, framing, print-on-demand, lithographs, and bags.

What is the delay before my points appear after a purchase?

The day after the day of the purchase in question.

How can I check my points balance?

The status of your points can be viewed in your customer account under the Club section and also through Club newsletters.

I have just made a purchase on www.boutiquesdemusees.fr and/or in one of your participating physical stores but the points associated with this purchase have not been credited to my Club space, what should I do?

The points associated with your purchase are indeed taken into account. They will be visible within 24 hours following your order confirmation.

You will receive an e-mail notification alert at D+30 as soon as a loyalty voucher is generated by the accumulation of your points related to your orders on the site and/or after checkout in one of our participating physical stores.

The status of your points is also available in your Club space at any time.

Can I earn points even when I use a loyalty voucher?

Points are indeed accumulated and are calculated after deduction of the value of the loyalty voucher(s) used.

What is the validity period of my points?

The validity period of your points remains unlimited in time.

As soon as you obtain a loyalty voucher, you will be informed by e-mail.

They can be viewed within your customer account under the Club section and at checkout in participating stores for a product purchase within 1 year after their issuance.

How to use my loyalty voucher?

On the website, the voucher(s) appear during the order placement, on the page Order Summary. You simply need to check the voucher(s) of your choice.

For an in-store purchase, you just need to ask to use it when checking out. Our sales staff will inform you of the availability of your vouchers if you have any.

Loyalty vouchers cannot give rise to an exchange, a refund, a credit note, or change at checkout.

Can I combine several loyalty vouchers?

Yes, you can combine your loyalty vouchers up to 10 vouchers per 24-hour period.

You can thus benefit from a discount ranging from €7.50 to €75 on your purchases.

Can I combine a loyalty voucher with an offer?

You can accumulate points and use your loyalty vouchers on sale items.

However, you cannot combine two promotional codes simultaneously.

Can I use my loyalty vouchers on all my purchases?

No, you can use your vouchers for all purchases made in-store and online except:

  • Online: excluding editions and shipping costs.

  • In physical stores: tickets, shipping costs, NFTs, framing, print-on-demand, lithographs, and bags.

Can I use my loyalty vouchers to buy a book?

No, the law of August 10, 1981 relating to book pricing, known as the "Loi Lang," prohibits it.

How am I informed of the availability of a loyalty voucher?

This information will be communicated to you by the cashier, but also by e-mail or in your customer account (Club section).

The usage date of my loyalty voucher has expired, can you issue me a new one?

Any loyalty voucher not used within one year from its issuance is considered lost.

No extension or replacement can be considered.

Why don't I receive my loyalty voucher instantly?

The loyalty voucher is issued one month after earning 150 points, even when the points appear in the balance, in order to comply with the legal withdrawal period.

If I buy a product that costs less than the value of the €7.50 loyalty voucher, is the difference refunded?

Using a loyalty voucher for an item whose price is lower than the value of the voucher is possible, but the difference cannot be refunded.

Can I return a product for which I have used a loyalty voucher?

Yes, a product acquired in whole or in part with a loyalty voucher can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days, excluding promotions.

In case of a refund of a purchase made using a loyalty voucher, do I get back the loyalty voucher used for this purchase?

No, the refund deducts the number of points earned with the purchase.

Can I give my loyalty voucher to someone else?

Your voucher is non-transferable. It is strictly personal and cannot be given to a third party.

I want to change / I have changed my e-mail address, where can I update it?

You can correct or change your e-mail address only in your customer account on boutiquesdemusees.fr, in your personal data section.
