How to join the Boutiques de Musées Club?
Several options are available for you to join the "Boutiques de Musées Club" loyalty program in the following situations:
When creating your online customer account.
On the payment method selection page.
Upon receipt of your order confirmation - please note: previous orders are not counted; points are generated from the date of your membership.
At any time in your customer account under the "Club Area" section.
You can also join in physical stores: at the checkout.
Membership in the program is conditioned upon a purchase and is valid for an unlimited duration.
Following your membership, you will systematically receive a welcome email (within 24 hours). This email will present the program benefits, provide access to your membership barcode, and allow you to add your digital card to your wallet.
I am not receiving emails from club.boutiquesdemusees.fr or www.boutiquesdemusees.fr. What should I do?
We invite you to verify your personal data and, if necessary, make any corrections in case of erroneous information entry, by clicking on "my account" within your dedicated space, titled "personal information."
Depending on your email server, it may be noted that some email notifications might arrive in your spam folder. In this case, simply move the email to your inbox or potentially add the sender's address to your address book.
How do I install my card in my Wallet?
You will be able to ad your digital membership card to your Wallet soon, via the link included in the confirmation email sent after joining the program. This link will also be accessible from your customer account on boutiquesdemusees.fr.
Please note that this feature will be available at a later date. You will be informed as soon as it is activated.
Which stores allow me to benefit from the program?

How do I earn points?
You automatically earn points for every order placed on the www.boutiquesdemusees.fr home shopping site and in participating physical stores.
The number of points awarded corresponds to the total price of the items ordered, including tax.
Your new points balance is updated on your account the day after your purchase
1€ = 1 point (1€ discount deducted, excluding shipping costs, editions, ticketing, NFT, framing, prints on demand, lithographs and in-store bags).
If the total amount of your purchase includes decimals, points will be calculated as follows:
- a purchase of 10.45€ earns 10 points
- a purchase of €10.50 earns 11 points
- a purchase of 10.55€ earns 11 points
A loyalty voucher is offered everytime you accumulate 150 points , and is valid for 12 months. The points balance is then reduced by150 points. Example: If your points balance is 230, a loyalty voucher is issued and your new balance becomes 230- 150 = 80 points.
Can I earn points on All my purchases?
Points are calculated on the total amount of your shopping basket, except for the following:
- Online: excluding books, (in accordance with the Law of August 10, 1981, known as the Lang Law on book pricing) and excluding shipping costs.
- In-store: excluding ticketing, shipping costs, NFTs, framing, print-on-demand, lithographs and packaging/bags.
How long does it take for my points to be displayed after a purchase?
Points are credited the day after the purchase date.

How can I check my points balance?
You can check your points balance in your customer account under the "Club" section, as well as through the Club newsletters. It will also be available in your Wallet once the feature has been launched.
I just made a purchase on www.boutiquesdemusees.fr and/or in one of your participating physical stores, but the points have not appeared in my Club section. What should I do?
The points related to your purchase have been taken into account. They will be visible within 24 hours after your order confirmation.
You will receive an e-mail notification 30 days later (D+30) when a loyalty voucher is generated from the accumulation of your points relating to your online orders and/or your purchases at participating physical boutiques.
You can also check your points status anytime in your Club account.
Can I earn points even when I use a loyalty voucher?
Yes, points are indeed earned and calculated after deducting the value of any loyalty voucher(s) used.
How long do my points last?
Your points have unlimited validity over time.
As soon as you receive a loyalty voucher, you will be notified by e-mail.
They can be viewed in your customer account in the Club section and when you check out at participating stores, for a purchase of product(s) within 1 year from their issuance.
How do I redeem my loyalty voucher?
On the website, the voucher(s) appear on the payment page. Simply check the box next to the voucher(s) you wish to use.
In physical stores, just askto youse your voucher at checkout. Our sales staff will inform you of the availability of your vouchers if you have any.
Loyalty vouchers cannot be exchanged, refunded, credited, or redeemed for cash at checkout.
Can I combine several loyalty vouchers?
Yes, you can combine up to 10 vouchers within a 24-hour period.
This allows you to benefit from a discount ranging from €7.50 to €75 on your purchases.
Can I use my loyalty vouchers on all my purchases?
No, you can use your vouchers for all purchases made in-store and online, except :
- Online: editions and shipping costs.
- In-store: ticketing, shipping costs, NFTs, framing, print-on-demand, lithography and bagging.
Can I use my loyalty vouchers to buy a book?
No, the Law of August 10, 1981, known as the Lang Law on book pricing, prohibits this.
How am I informed about the availability of a loyalty voucher?
You will be informed by the cashier at the checkout, as well as by email, or on your customer account (Club section).
My voucher has expired. Can you send me a new one?
Any loyalty voucher not used within one year from its issuance is considered lost. No extension or replacement will be considered.
If I buy a product that costs less than the value of the €7.5 loyalty voucher, is the difference refunded?
You can use a loyalty voucher for an item priced below the voucher's value, but the difference will not be refunded.
Can I return a product for which I used a loyalty voucher?
Yes, a product purchased fully or partially with a loyalty voucher can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days, without promotion.
If I get a refund for a purchase made with a loyalty voucher, do I get the voucher back?
No, the refund will deduct the points earned from the original purchase.
Can I give my loyalty voucher as a gift to someone else?
No, your voucher is non-transferable. It is strictly personal and cannot be given to a third party.
I want to change / I've changed my e-mail address. Where can I change it?
You can only update or correct your e-mail address in your boutiquesdemusees.fr customer account, under your personal information.
