This morning, a downpour surprised all the inhabitants of the Nile.
If everyone shakes off and dries off, one bee remains on the ground.
Quickly, Little Noun, the blue hippopotamus, protect her.
He will take her near the palace!
It seems that there are many hives there.
There, Ramses, a young boy, is waiting for them.

Inspired by a stele and a splendid necklace, both kept in the Louvre, the story also allows us to focus on the fate of bees. One of them, surprised by a downpour, is no longer able to fly away. Little Noun takes her home. A child, before whom everyone bows, welcomes him and shows him around the royal apiary... A lovely way of highlighting the universal link between our human concerns of yesterday and today.
