Fifty years after the death of Pablo Picasso, the museum dedicated to him pays tribute to him.
Paintings, sculptures, drawings, photographs: a new itinerary has been designed to show the incredible richness of the museum's collection and, in mirror image, the extent of Picasso's artistic practice. The artistic direction was entrusted for the occasion to the famous British designer Paul Smith, who, with his colourful and energetic style, created an exceptional display under the curatorship of the museum's conservation team.
The exhibition catalogue gives an account of this new display through analyses, perspectives and artist interviews, and is adorned with the colours of the British couturier.
Exhibition at the musée national Picasso-Paris, from March 7th to August 27th 2023.
