The EXECUTIVE EDITION version of the Citroen Traction 11CV BL, released under license from the French automotive giant, is a set created with a huge dose of history that you can build block by block! The original car was produced from 1937 to 1957. It featured a self-supporting body and front-wheel drive. The car's widely accepted and unofficial name is Traction Avant, which means "front-wheel drive" in French. Our model features historic emblems of the Forces françaises de l'Intérieur (FFI). The FFI was a unified organization bringing together all factions of the French resistance during the Second World War! An integral part of the set is a special figurine of General Charles Delestraint. He was a famous general who was active in the Resistance and organized the resistance in Lyon. After a secret visit to London, the Secret Army was to take the lead. He was arrested by the Gestapo and executed in Dachau on April 19, 1945. In addition to the general, we also find a simple member of the French Resistance in characteristic uniform and armband! The set is completed by an exclusive black presentation stand with laser-engraved model names.
