A pioneer of abstract art, Kandinsky was one of the most important figures within modern art. The exhibition offers a new look at the artist's late period, a less well-known but very prolific time for the artist. Kandinsky arrived in France having fled Nazi Germany in December 1933, moving into an apartment in Neuilly-sur-Seine.
