Discover the works of Giorgio Griffa, a major player in the history of Italian and European painting in the second half of the 20th century.
The "Giorgio Griffa" exhibition at the Center Pompidou as well as the catalog present a set of eighteen works donated by the artist to the Museum. They pay homage to a major artist, a figure of Italian abstraction in the 1970s, who for more than fifty years has developed a pictorial practice that is as radical as it is sensitive.
