The Eau de Cologne of Emperor Napoleon I on St Helena has been reworked by Mr Jean Kerleo and faithfully preserved at the Osmothèque de Versailles, where its authenticity is guaranteed, and where it can be smelled, just like the water of the Queen of Hungary. This fresh, light and subtle eau, made using only natural essences, bears witness to the Emperor's refined taste, although the circumstances of the time meant that it had to be made by hand.
