From 1983 to 1985, Jean-Michel Basquiat (1960-1988) and Andy Warhol (1928-1987) signed approximately 160 paintings "four-handed", some of them among the greatest of their respective careers.

Accompanying the exhibition "Basquiat × Warhol. Painting four hands", the book looks back on this adventure through texts and images. It brings together emblematic paintings by the duo, individual works and the work of other personalities, such as Michael Halsband, Keith Haring, Jenny Holzer, Lady Pink, Kenny Scharf, etc., in order to situate this episode in the New York art scene of the 1980s.
