André Le Nôtre (1613-1700)

Gardener for the King and King of Gardens, Le Nôtre designed, among others, the gardens of the Palace of Versailles, the Trianon and Chantilly, magnifying what is now called the "French garden". The gardens of Le Nôtre skillfully combine symmetry of the axes and fantasy, the play of light and shade are also very present.
