Boutiques de Musées strives to ensure your complete satisfaction regarding your purchases. However, if you wish to return or exchange a product, please follow the instructions below (return or exchange possible under the conditions stated in the Delivery and return page, accessible here).

To return or exchange an item, please enter your email address and order number to access the online form. Once you have completed the form, a returns slip will be automatically created and sent to your e-mail address. This must be inserted in your return package in order to validate your return.
