Doré Gustave (1833-1883)

Gustave Doré is a French artiste from Strasbourg, he was a painter, an illustator, a caricaturist and an engraver. Creator of phantasmagorical universes, he creates comic strips before their time and thus inspired generations of illustrators and cartoonists, right up to the present day.
