This journey in Africa, from the gates of the desert to the shores of the Indian ocean, lets you meet peoples whose cultures are as rich and diverse as the lands they inhabit. Masks, fabrics, reliquaries, harps and drums dialogue with spirits in a relationship where fear and respect are woven together between the world of the living and that of the dead. Nyama is nestled inside these treasures made of wood, beads, gold and ivory.
