A race through the corridors of the Louvre full of discussions about the beauty of art, from a mouse's perspective!
It's almost 9 p.m. in the grand gallery of the Louvre Museum. The visitors have left, but you can hear someone scurrying across the parquet floor. It's Cleo and Apo, two mice who are running to meet Remi, the museum's night watchman. Miro, the old blind cat, joins them, and the mice describe the artworks they see, which move them and sometimes scare them! Cleo, the scholar, knows almost all the secrets of the paintings and statues, while Apo, a merry fellow, is fascinated by the monumental works and the glittering galleries. They don't always agree on the beauty of the artworks, and have enthusiastic and humorous debates about the allure of the Mona Lisa, the portrait of Louis XIV, the splendor of the galleries, and the Venus de Milo. Even little mice can question what makes art and beauty!
