General Terms and Conditions of Membership in the Loyalty Program
The principle is simple:
€1 spent = 1 point (excluding books, shipping fees, bags, gift wrapping, and certain services in participating museum shops).
150 points =
Online: 1 loyalty voucher worth €7.50 on products (sent by email at D+30);
In physical shops: 1 loyalty voucher worth €7.50 on products and 5% off books (in-store only, sent by email at D+30).
The loyalty program applies only to the purchase of merchandise (excluding books) within the network of participating shops and on boutiquesdemusees.fr when accumulating points. For the use of loyalty vouchers, a 5% discount is granted on the purchase of books only in the network of participating museum bookshops, and not on www.boutiquesdemusees.fr (in accordance with the law of 08/07/2014 regulating conditions of distance selling of books).
Loyalty vouchers can be combined for product purchases (Limited to 10 vouchers per 24 hours)

This loyalty program is valid on the online shop www.boutiquesdemusees.fr (hereinafter "the Site") and in our network of participating museum bookshops (hereinafter "the Shops"), the complete list of which can be consulted by following this link.

Acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Membership
These General Terms and Conditions of Membership are intended to define your rights as a member of the Club Boutiques de musées in connection with your purchases on the Site and within our network of participating museum bookshops.
You acknowledge having read these terms and conditions prior to joining the Club Boutiques de musées. You guarantee that you are at least 18 years old and fully legally capable of using this service. Any membership in the Club Boutiques de musées constitutes acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions without exception.
2. Membership conditions for the "Club Boutiques de musées" loyalty program
Membership in the Club Boutiques de musées is free, subject to a purchase.
Online, you can join the Club Boutiques de musées loyalty program (by checking the box at the time of acceptance):
By creating your customer account after a purchase;
Following your purchase, on the order confirmation page;
In your Club area if you have already made a purchase.
In physical shops, you can join the Club Boutiques de musées loyalty program at the time of checkout.
As soon as your membership is registered, you will receive a welcome email introducing the Club Boutiques de musées.
Membership in the Club Boutiques de musées is open to all adults (excluding employees and representatives of Rmn-Grand Palais, museum staff, and their family members).
3. Accumulation of points and obtaining loyalty benefits
Accumulation of points
Any purchase made online or in physical shops allows you to accumulate points as follows: €1 net including tax, excluding books = 1 point.
Note: €1 net including tax is understood after any discounts (excluding books, shipping fees, bags, gift wrapping, and certain services in physical shops).
To accumulate points, simply purchase products in the museum shops (via a newsletter or by providing your email address) or online (by logging into your customer account). Points will then be automatically credited to your loyalty account 24 hours after your purchase.
Attention:
In the event of a refund for any reason, the points earned for that purchase will be canceled.
Failure to use a loyalty voucher within its validity period (1 year) will result in the corresponding points being lost from your balance at the end of the validity period.
Points cannot be combined with gift cards.
Any purchase of books does not allow points to be earned.
In physical shops, the loyalty program is not compatible with cards that already offer permanent benefits (e.g., museum membership cards).
Number of points accumulated
You can check at any time the number of points you have accumulated by logging into the Club area on the site or via the Club newsletter.
Accumulated points will appear in your Club area 24 hours after your last purchase. In the event of any dispute and/or claim regarding accumulated points, only the information contained in our database will be considered valid.
Points have no monetary value and are non-transferable.
4. Loyalty vouchers
Obtaining loyalty benefits
Once you have accumulated 150 points (€150 in purchases including tax, excluding books), you are entitled to a loyalty voucher, which provides:
Online: a discount of €7.50 applicable to any future product purchase (sent by email at D+30);
In physical shops: a discount of €7.50 applicable to any future product purchase and 5% off books (sent by email at D+30);
The points balance is then reduced by 150 points.
This loyalty voucher will be sent to you by email at D+30, which corresponds to the legal withdrawal period.
Use of loyalty voucher(s) on boutiquedemusees.fr
These vouchers can be used for any purchase of product(s) on our site or within our network of participating museum bookshops https://www.boutiquesdemusees.fr/en/content/4945-loyalty-program-museumshops.html.
You will be automatically informed by email at D+30 following the purchase that allowed you to earn 150 points.
They are viewable in your Club area. You can use them for any future purchase on the site or at checkout in one of our participating museum bookshops. The cashier will offer you the option to use them or not.
Any issued loyalty voucher is immediately usable for the purchase of product(s) on the site or in one of our participating museum bookshops for a period of one (1) year from its date of issue (shown on the voucher).
Online: to use your loyalty vouchers, simply check the corresponding box(es) at the time of order confirmation.
In-store: the cashier will offer you the option to use them or not.
Multiple loyalty vouchers can be used for a single product purchase, up to ten (10) vouchers per 24-hour period.
The loyalty voucher can be combined with any other payment method.
For a purchase paid fully or partially with a loyalty voucher, points will be calculated after deducting the value of the voucher.
Attention:
Loyalty vouchers are valid for one-time use only.
Loyalty vouchers cannot be exchanged, refunded, or converted into store credit or cash.
Loyalty vouchers can be combined with certain promotional offers.
Loyalty vouchers can be used for an amount lower than their value, but no change will be given in-store or refunded online.
5. Personal Data
The information you provide to us when joining the Loyalty Program on the Site allows us to grant you the benefits of this program and to manage the operation of your Club membership.
By joining the Le Club Boutiques de musées loyalty program, you consent to receive the "boutiquesdemusées" newsletter in order to be regularly informed about your points, vouchers, and exclusive offers available to you as a Club member. You also consent to receiving certain offers by postal mail.
As the data controller, we collect and process your data in compliance with the legal provisions relating to the protection of personal data.

6. Cancelation of your membership in the "Le Club Boutiques de musées" loyalty program
Loyalty Account closure at any time
You may terminate your membership in the Club Boutiques de musées and request the closure of your loyalty account at any time, without prior notice. To do so, please submit a request in accordance with the procedures specified in our Data Protection Policy.
Closing your loyalty account will automatically result in the deletion of all information you have provided and all accumulated points. However, you may still use any loyalty voucher(s) and/or discounts you have earned, within their validity period.
Cancellation of the Loyalty Account by the Rmn-Grand Palais
Any breach of these terms and conditions, any abusive or fraudulent use of the benefits offered by the Club Boutiques de musées, or any conduct detrimental to the interests of Rmn-Grand Palais will result in the immediate closure of the Member account, as well as the cancellation of accumulated points and earned loyalty benefits, without prior notice or any compensation.
7. Amendment/Cancellation of the Club Boutique de musées loyalty sheme
Rmn-Grand Palais reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Club Boutiques de musées at any time, provided that Members are informed at least 3 months in advance.
In the event of a permanent termination or modification of the Club Boutiques de musées, Members will be informed beforehand by email or postal mail. In such cases, Rmn-Grand Palais will make its best efforts to allow Members to use their points balance under the best possible conditions.
No modification or permanent termination of the Club Boutiques de musées shall entitle the Member to any compensation, under any circumstances.
8. Liability
Rmn-Grand Palais cannot, under any circumstances, be held liable for non-performance or improper performance of the services to which the Club Boutiques de musées entitles you, whether such non-performance is attributable to you, the unforeseeable and insurmountable actions of a third party, or a case of force majeure.
Rmn-Grand Palais will, however, make its best efforts, in the event of a malfunction of the Club Boutiques de musées, to ensure that each member retains the benefit of their accumulated points.
