To mark the fiftieth anniversary of Pablo Picasso's death, the Center Pompidou is devoting an exhibition to the medium he experimented with the most, drawing, through the presentation of more than a thousand works. This special issue looks back on his abundant and protean practice of drawing, which exposes his work as an artist, driven by a permanent quest according to the different periods which divide his work.
